Kiefel’s Engelmann Receives Prestigious SPE President’s Cup

Sven Engelmann, Vice President of Technology at Kiefel, has been honored with the SPE President’s Cup, awarded by SPE at ANTEC® 2025 in Philadelphia. The award, presented by 2024 SPE President Conor Carlin, recognizes Engelmann’s over 20 years of outstanding service to SPE, including leadership roles and his efforts to foster transatlantic collaboration in the thermoforming industry.

Engelmann currently chairs SPE’s European Thermoforming Division and has played a key role as a speaker, moderator, and workshop leader, while actively promoting sustainable thermoforming solutions for the circular economy.

The President’s Cup, one of SPE’s most distinguished honors since 1958, is awarded at the discretion of the SPE President for exceptional contributions to the society.

SPE extends its congratulations to Sven Engelmann for his dedication and impactful leadership in advancing the global plastics community.
